Delivery Info

I'll keep this short and sweet! We have all seen the price of petrol lately, and it doesn't seem to be getting any lower any time soon. We want to assure every single one of you that we absorb the vast majority of the cost when it comes to shipping your food to your door. We do however have to charge a small fee to make sure we keep the lights on!

 

PLEASE NOTE: THE NEXT AND FINAL DELIVERY RUN WILL BE ON MONDAY JULY 8th FOR LOCAL ORDERS and WEDNESDAY JULY 10TH FOR ALL OTHER AREAS. THERE ARE NO DELIVERY RUNS ON WEEKS COMMENCING 17th, 24th JUNE or 1st JULY.

    ​Orders are not accepted via phone or email and will need to be placed via our online store.

    By placing an order, you agree that:

    • you are at least 18 years old; and
    • you are resident in one of the service areas (or have contacted us for an alternate arrangement)

    We deliver at varied times throughout the day and on set days depending on your location. This is subject to change, but currently we deliver on:

    • Monday for Newcastle, Maitland & Lake Macquarie with most deliveries being received by 5pm depending on location the delivery run for that day for local areas
    • Wednesday for Sydney with some orders being received as late as 6pm depending on the run for that day with our delivery partner
    • Wednesday for Central Coast with some orders being received as late as 6pm depending on the run for that day with our delivery partner
    • Thursday for Melbourne Metro with some orders being received as late as 6pm depending on the run for that day with our delivery partner
    • Friday for Wollongong with some orders being received as late as 6pm depending on the run for that day with our delivery partner

    Orders must be placed by midnight Sunday for delivery the next day (local areas), Wednesday (Sydney & Central Coast), Thursday (Melbourne Metro), Friday (Wollongong) and the following Monday (Melbourne). All food will be delivered to your door in an insulated box, but should be unpacked into the freezer as soon as possible. 

    All orders require authority to leave. If you will not be home please leave specific delivery instructions on the checkout page for our delivery drivers to follow. Ownership of the goods will transfer to you once we have delivered to your nominated address. While we will try our best, we cannot commit to a specific delivery window or other requests (particularly for those orders delivered by our courier partner).

    Once your order leaves our premises and is being handled by a delivery partner (Not Newy Supply Co) then we are no longer responsible for your order. This responsibility falls on the delivery partner we have engaged to deliver your order to you. This means that we are not responsible for late deliveries, failed deliveries, changes in the delivery schedule, lack of communication by the engaged delivery partner or any other fault made by the delivery partner.

    If you delivery drivers can not find a safe place to leave your box, or deem it unsafe to enter your property for their own protection your order will be returned to our kitchen and contact will be made with you.

    We and our delivery drivers reserve the right to not enter your property if there is an unknown dog on the premises. In this case your order will be returned to us at the kitchen.

    You must promptly advise us of any changes to your information provided to us as at the checkout via email - newysupplyco@gmail.com

    Changes to address details and/or delivery instructions for our food deliveries must be communicated before the weekly cut-off the week prior to the delivery date
