Ayurvedic Mumma Love Cookies (vegan)

Our delicious Ayurvedic Mumma Love Cookies have been thoughtfully created to support the nursing mother! They are gluten free (with the inclusion of gluten tested oats - less that 0.5ppm gluten), and do not contain brewer's yeast - which in our opinion tastes pretty average! Instead, we have utilised beautiful galactagogue herbs such as fennel, fenugreek and chamomile, as well as other milk promoting ingredients like flaxseed, oats and almonds. These nutrient dense and satisfying cookies are the perfect one handed snack to nourish and support both you and your baby. Not breastfeeding? No problem! We would still highly recommend keeping our cookies on hand to sustain the energy demands of motherhood - no matter the age of your baby!
