Moussaka - GF

Like a lasagne, only better! This is comfort food at its finest. Charred eggplant topped with a lamb mince/tomato layer and topped with a rich, creamy béchamel sauce! Best served with a crispy side salad of iceberg lettuce, baby spinach, cucumber, tomato and vinaigrette. GF 

SERVES 2 with a side salad.

Instructions: Preheat oven to 180 degrees celsius, Remove plastic film, place in oven from frozen for 60 minutes. The centre should be warmed through and a nice golden crust formed on the top.

INGREDIENTS: Olive oil, onion, garlic, lamb mince, tomato, bay leaf, tomato paste, red wine, organic milk, butter, cheddar cheese, nutmeg, butter, eggplant, brown rice flour, tapioca flour, salt, pepper. Contains dairy, may contain traces of alcohol, contains egg. Gluten Free
