Lamb & Lentil Curry - GF

This is our most lush curry to date! Our secret spice paste is made in house, then slow cooked with fragrant aromatics and diced Hunter Valley Lamb for hours. The result is a full-flavoured, deep and satisfying flavour with melt-in-your-mouth lamb! Gluten Free. Dairy Free.

Serve with cooked rice and a garnish of fresh coriander and chilli!

Ingredients: Shallots, ginger, garlic, onion, mint, coriander, fenugreek, cardamom, cinnamon, cumin, turmeric, coconut oil, diced hunter valley lamb, coconut milk, beef bone broth, sweet potato, brown lentils.
