The Light Golden is a white bread with substance. Using a special blend of gluten free flours with linseed for added nutrition and texture and balanced with a little organic coconut sugar.

Ingredients: Water, Rice flour, Tapioca flour, Potato flour, Linseed, Sunflower oil, *Coconut sugar, Psyllium, Salt, Yeast, Ground turmeric.

Made in Australia from at least 61% Australian ingredients. Nonie's products are handmade in a dedicated gluten and dairy free kitchen. Some variance is natural. May contain traces of almond, cashew, egg, hazelnut, macadamia, pecan, sesame, soy and walnut.
